| (must equal 1 1/4 cup of liquid) | |||

Making it for TWO - DOUBLE THE INGREDIENTS
HEMP SEED MUFFINS
| 1 cup | vegetable oil | 250mL | |
| 1 cup | granulated sugar | 250mL | |
| 6 | eggs | 6 | |
| 1/3 cup | molasses | 75mL | |
| 3 cups | milk | 750mL | |
| 4 cups | Miracle Source hemp seed | 1000mL | |
| 1 cup | ground flax seed | 250mL | |
| 3 cups | whole wheat flour | 750mL | |
| 2 tsp | baking powder | 10mL | |
| 2 tsp | baking soda | 10mL | |
| 2 cups | raisins or dates | 500mL |
In a large bowl, beat together oil, sugar and eggs until well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Cover, refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 weeks.
Spoon batter into lined muffin tins.
Bake at 385°F (195°C) for approximately 15 mins.
With this recipe you can enjoy fresh baked muffins every day.
